After graduating, Ksenia headed the client relations department at a development company, where she focused on design, planning, organizing, and overseeing construction and finishing processes. This work gave her a deep understanding of how to combine the objective technical parameters of a project with the client's real-world objectives and expectations.
Today, Ksenia leads Vienna Property, where her experience in construction and project management combines with a deep understanding of the European real estate market. She helps investors see the big picture: objectively assess risks, calculate opportunities, choose optimal strategies, and make decisions based on facts and accurate data.
